These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Translate AI & Dialog ("the App"), available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal iOS device for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
The App offers both free and premium features. Free users have a limited number of translations per session. Premium features are unlocked through a paid subscription.
We offer weekly and annual auto-renewing subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes.
All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of any text, images, or audio you submit through the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the translation and AI services you request. We do not store your User Content on our servers after processing is complete.

The App, including its design, code, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 1.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your User Content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4 through 10 and 13 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
